We're looking for a proactive, organised and technically competent person to join our business, Templer Homebuild as a Compliance Supervisor. This is new and exciting to us, while we look for someone who understands the critical role compliance plays in the housing and property sector.

Whether you're currently working as an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (EQS) and looking to broaden your experience into wider compliance management, or you're already operating in a Compliance Supervisor role, we'll provide the opportunity to develop, influence and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Compliance Contract Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance to our housing client. You'll oversee electrical and mechanical compliance activities, manage compliance systems and data, coordinate contractors, and provide assurance that our compliance position remains robust, accurate and audit-ready.

You'll also operate in an Electrical Quality Supervisor (QS) capacity, reviewing and countersigning certification, auditing work quality, and helping drive continuous improvement across compliance delivery.

What will you bring as Compliance Supervisor?

You may already be working as a Compliance Supervisor, Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager. Equally, you could be an experienced and qualified Electrical QS/EQS looking for an opportunity to develop into a broader compliance leadership role.

We're particularly interested in people who:

  • Hold relevant electrical qualifications, including AM2 and City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (or equivalent)
  • Have strong knowledge of electrical compliance and certification requirements
  • Are confident using systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
  • Communicate confidently with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders
  • Understand the importance of evidence, auditability and regulatory compliance
  • Are proactive in nature, and want to contribute ideas and continuously improve the way we work.
