What you’ll be doing
Strategic leadership & transformation
- Lead the organisation’sBusiness Change Strategyaligned to corporate priorities
- Advise the Executive Team and Board on digital, data, and efficiency opportunities
- Champion a culture ofinnovation, insight and continuous improvement
Digital & ICT leadership
- Set direction forsecure, resilient, future-focused technology services
- Shape digital strategy includingautomation, integration, cloud, and AI
- Ensure strong governance, performance, and value from ICT services
- LeadBusiness Intelligence, data governance and analytics
- Build adata-driven cultureand improve data literacy across teams
- Turn insight into action to improve performance and outcomes
- Oversee the organisation’schange portfolio and programme governance
- Ensure projects are prioritised, aligned and deliver measurable results
- Maintain strong oversight of risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation
Business improvement & efficiency
- Lead end-to-endprocess redesign and service improvement
- Develop and manage anorganisation-wide efficiency pipeline
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across ICT, BI, and change functions
- Build strong partnerships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
- Create a high-performing, inclusive culture aligned to our values
