CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer – Warwickshire Protec Group Ltd | Up to £40,000 DOE | Permanent We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer to join the engineering team at Protec Group Ltd in Warwickshire. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently set, operate and programme CNC lathes to manufacture high-quality precision components.
What we're looking for:
Proven CNC turning experience within precision engineering or manufacturing Experience setting and operating twin-spindle CNC lathes Strong Fanuc programming experience directly at the control Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances Good knowledge of tooling, speeds, feeds and GD&T Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment Experience with Doosan Puma SY2000 twin-spindle lathes would be a significant advantage What we offer: Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience Permanent, full-time position Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm - Can be flexible 25 days holiday plus bank holidays An additional day off for your birthday Company pension contribution Overtime when required Training and development opportunities A stable role within a supportive, quality-focused engineering team If you're an experienced CNC Turner looking for your next opportunity, I'd be happy to have a conversation.
