Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of WinMax controls for Hurco 3-Axis & 5-Axis CNC
  • Operate CNC machines such as milling machines, Manual & CNC lathe.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Set up CNC machines including tool selection, offsets, and work holding.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
  • Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
  • Report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain production records and documentation.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
  • Assembly, ad-hoc rework using hand tools.
  • General metal working knowledge.
  • Coordinate with logistics for collection and delivery of projects.
  • Offer suggestions for continuous improvement to project management software and procedures.
  • Report to Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations.
  • Ensure the promotion of customer focus.
  • Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained.
  • Comply with the requirements of the ISO9001: 2015 QMS.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Certification or training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology.
  • 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
