Roles & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of WinMax controls for Hurco 3-Axis & 5-Axis CNC
- Operate CNC machines such as milling machines, Manual & CNC lathe.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Set up CNC machines including tool selection, offsets, and work holding.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts.
- Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality.
- Report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Assembly, ad-hoc rework using hand tools.
- General metal working knowledge.
- Coordinate with logistics for collection and delivery of projects.
- Offer suggestions for continuous improvement to project management software and procedures.
- Report to Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations.
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus.
- Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained.
- Comply with the requirements of the ISO9001: 2015 QMS.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- Certification or training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology.
- 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
