The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and contribute to the success of our client’s growing team. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in private client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of Trusts
- Administration of Estates
- Preparing Deeds of Variation, gifts, and deeds of family arrangement
- Tax and estate planning
This role offers the opportunity to handle complex cases while upholding the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service.
The Candidate
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Experience: At least 5 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in private client law
