We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to take on a well-managed portfolio of 9 residential developments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more senior role, with a manageable portfolio and the chance to build strong relationships across clients and residents.
The Role:
- Managing a portfolio of 9 residential developments
- Full end-to-end block management responsibilities
- Budget management and service charge oversight
- Managing contractors, maintenance and site standards
- Handling client and resident queries
- Attending site visits and meetings
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience within residential property management
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication skills, able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a portfolio independently
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
- £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary
- £4,500 car allowance
