Chartered Building Surveyor

Are you a Chartered Surveyor looking for a new challenge with a respected, independent firm in the heart of Surrey/Sussex?

We\’re working with a well-established practice, with offices in Reigate and Dorking, to find a talented MRICS-qualified Surveyor who is confident working across commercial agency, landlord and tenant negotiations, and property valuations (excluding lending).

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• 50% of your time on commercial agency work, covering London to the South Coast
• 50% on landlord and tenant matters, plus commercial property valuations
• Working closely with a small, supportive team in a flexible and professional setting

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong background in commercial property
• Willingness to be office-based with occasional WFH
• Someone who values team culture and long-term opportunity — partnership/directorship potential for the right person
