We are working with a well established property management business in Birmingham looking to appoint a Service Charge Manager to lead and develop their accounts function. This is a key position within the business, managing a team of 12 and overseeing the full service charge accounting process across a varied residential portfolio.

The Role

  • Managing and supporting a team of 12 across service charge accounting and credit control
  • Overseeing the preparation of service charge budgets and year end accounts
  • Ensuring accurate and timely production of financial reports
  • Managing audit processes and liaising with external auditors
  • Supporting Property Managers with financial queries and budgeting
