A well established and growing law firm based in Warwick is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to work with a broad client base, advising on a wide range of commercial matters while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm.
The role would suit a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload, enjoys building strong client relationships and is comfortable advising at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a varied commercial caseload from instruction to completion
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
- Advising clients on commercial risk, compliance and regulatory matters
- Supporting clients with business growth, restructuring and strategic projects
- Working closely with colleagues across other practice areas when required
- Developing and maintaining long term client relationships
- Contributing to business development and the profile of the firm
