Are you a Senior Architect ready to step up, or already operating at Associate Director level and looking for more ownership? I am working with a well regarded, design led practice based in Henley in Arden that is growing due to increased project demand. They are now looking to bring in a senior hire who can take full control of projects and drive delivery from start to finish. This is a business with a strong reputation across commercial, residential and retail projects, offering a collaborative environment and a great team culture.
The Role
- Take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion
- Lead and manage design, technical delivery and coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors
- Oversee planning, design development and project execution
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the practice
What They Are Looking For
- Qualified Architect with strong UK project experience
- Operating at Senior Architect or Associate Director level
- Proven ability to manage projects end to end
- Strong technical and design capability
- Experience across commercial, residential or retail sectors
