Recruitment Administrator Temp to permanent

I'm looking for an experienced recruiter who might be interested in doing something slightly different. Historically we specialised predominantly in property recruitment, but following Covid we deliberately downsized and have spent the last couple of years developing new sectors and rebuilding the business. What I can offer is a very hot recruitment desk , existing clients, live requirements, the TemplePM brand and infrastructure, complete flexibility and 30% of the placement fees you generate . You can work from home, we're open to 4 or 5 days a week and I'm not interested in watching a clock. I'm looking for an experienced recruiter who can motivate themselves, manage their own desk and hit the ground running. The idea is that you help us grow and, as the business grows, the package grows with it. For the right recruiter, I think there's an opportunity to earn well now while becoming an important part of what we're building for the future.
