We’re hiring. This is a significant opportunity for a proven Senior Sales professional with current or recent education sector sales experience.

Important: You must have experience selling into schools, colleges or Multi Academy Trusts. This is not a role for someone looking to break into education sales. We are specifically seeking individuals who already understand the education landscape, longer procurement cycles and relationship led sales within this sector.

The role: You will be responsible for selling high value technology solutions including:

  • Networking solutions
  • Cloud services
  • Cyber security
  • Managed services

Key focus:

  • Schools
  • Colleges
  • Multi Academy Trusts (MATs)

What we need:

  • Current or recent education sales experience (essential)
  • Proven track record of selling into schools, colleges or MATs
  • Strong understanding of education buying cycles and frameworks
  • Experience selling technology, IT services, cloud, networking or cyber security solutions
  • Consultative sales capability
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Comfortable with longer, strategic sales cycles

Package:

  • £65,000 basic salary
  • Car allowance
  • Uncapped commission
  • Home based flexibility
  • Long term growth opportunity

Why this role? This is a genuine senior sales opportunity for someone who already knows the education market and wants to take that experience into a business with strong capability and serious growth plans. If you do not have education sector sales experience, this role is unlikely to be the right fit. If you do, and you know how to build trust, sell value and win in education, we want to hear from you.
