Templeman Retailing & Vending is a leading national wholesale operation supplying branded soft drinks, crisps, snacks, and confectionery. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for our products and services, we are strengthening our sales infrastructure and are seeking to recruit a National Account Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated, versatile individual who works well as part of a team and communicates effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience within the foodservice industry, ideally with branded soft drinks, crisps, snacks, and confectionery. Previous experience in delivered wholesale is highly desirable.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing national client relationships. You will focus on driving sales growth, strategic account planning, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, acting as the main liaison between Templeman Retailing & Vending and its key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for foodservice accounts, building strong and lasting partnerships.
- Sales & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, grow revenue, and identify new opportunities within key accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Create and deliver joint business plans, including financial proposals to maximise account potential.
- Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations on pricing, promotions, and product mix.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, resolving issues while ensuring compliance with company values and ethics.
