Due to continued growth and expansion, Templeman Retailing & Vending Ltd are looking for an experienced and motivated vending sales specialist to join our successful vending division. Based out of our Head Office in Cramlington, Northumberland, the successful candidate must have relevant experience within the vending & coffee industries and share our passion for all things vending.

This Business Development Executive role will see the majority of your time spent in the field customer facing, managing TRV's existing Business & Industry customer base, delivering the highest customer service levels.

  • Negotiating contract and lease renewals with existing customers.
  • Development of existing customer base to achieve business growth targets.
  • Prospect new business opportunities within the region.
  • 75% Account Management, 25% New business.

Vending and coffee industry experience is essential. Strong communication and relationship building skills are required. Experience in Account Management to ensure client retention and deliver against growth targets is necessary. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
