Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing high-quality, compliant financial planning reports and recommendations
- Conducting detailed research and analysis across pensions, investments, and protection
- Supporting Financial Planners in developing tailored client strategies
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory and compliance standards
- Liaising with providers and internal teams to gather and verify client data
- Assisting with complex casework and technical queriesContributing to process improvements and technical projects where required
What We're Looking For:
- Chartered status
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Paraplanning role
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
- Excellent report writing and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working within a high-quality, client-focused advice firm
- Ability to manage complex cases independently
- Enthusiastic, empathetic, and motivated approach to work
