The firm operates with a flexible and supportive culture and prioritises technical excellence and quality of output over volume. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level technical paraplanning support to a sole adviser practice Prepare detailed suitability reports and technical research for high-net-worth clients Conduct product and fund research using FE Analytics and CashCalc Support complex financial planning cases with a strong emphasis on accuracy and technical quality Liaise closely with the adviser to ensure timely and accurate client outcomes Maintain exceptionally high standards of accuracy with a very low error rate Support general paraplanning and administrative tasks as required What We’re Looking For: Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential) Strong technical paraplanning experience within financial services Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and administrative skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Confident working in a boutique, client-focused setting Desirable Skills: Experience using FE Analytics Experience using CashCalc Exposure to complex or technical financial planning cases Experience supporting sole adviser or boutique firms How to Apply: Interested?
