This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner to join a supportive and collaborative environment where technical excellence, professional development and career progression are actively encouraged. Conduct detailed research using appropriate financial planning and research tools to identify suitable solutions. Prepare professional and technically accurate suitability reports, client-specific illustrations and key features documentation. Research and analyse investments, pensions, products and services appropriate to individual client circumstances. Propose and draft financial solutions that meet clients’ goals, needs and objectives. Maintain high standards of risk management and operational effectiveness. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Paraplanning role within a financial planning organisation. Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning. Strong understanding of the financial planning and advice process. Good technical knowledge of investments and pensions. Ability to work independently and achieve agreed outcomes with minimal supervision. Good understanding of compliance requirements within financial services. Experience working within a Chartered financial planning environment. Strong knowledge of pension analysis, investment research and financial planning solutions. Experience using financial planning and research tools. A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and further technical learning. Previous experience supporting Advisers working with high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.
