Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of client review packs for meetings
- Support the drafting of client reports and recommendation letters
- Prepare advice documentation, including application and nomination forms
- Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to providers
- Process policy amendments and new business applications on internal systems
- Conduct research using a range of financial planning tools
- Submit new business and maintain accurate client records
- Provide general support to the technical/paraplanning team
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in financial planning and developing a career as a Paraplanner
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage workload efficiently
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience in financial services or an administrative role
- Awareness of financial planning processes and products
- Progress towards or interest in achieving the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
Training & Development:
Full support to achieve the Level 4 Paraplanner Apprenticeship Standard
Funded Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), including:
- R01 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics
- R02 Investment Principles and Risk
- R03 Personal Taxation
- R04 Pensions and Retirement Planning
- R05 Financial Protection
- R06 Financial Planning Practice
