This role involves providing high-quality technical support to Financial Planners and Directors, ensuring consistent and excellent client service. The role includes assisting in maintaining and developing various client services, helping to deliver tailored financial planning solutions. Additionally, the position requires supporting and mentoring junior team members by sharing technical resources and guidance as needed. This is a dynamic role with opportunities for career progression into Consultant Support or Paraplanning positions, with support for further qualifications through funded industry-recognised study.
What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include:
- Deliver proactive, high-quality support to Financial Planners and Directors, assisting with technical problem-solving.
- Review complex policy analysis and perform detailed client calculations.
- Communicate with clients, addressing queries and ensuring clarity and accuracy in correspondence.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, presenting elements such as cash flow and CGT calculations as required.
- Conduct regular peer meetings to discuss cases, legislative changes, and service improvements.
- Ensure consistency in internal systems and processes across the team.
- Train and develop junior team members to enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and escalate serious issues or system errors while independently resolving day-to-day concerns.
- Provide technical training and support for team learning and development.
- Maintain personal talent development records through the Beckett Academy App, updating objectives and training impacts.
- Participate in project initiatives to improve best practices and client-facing documents.
