About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and growing financial services organisation with offices across East Anglia. Due to continued growth within the Operations team, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Team Support Administrator to join their Bury St Edmunds office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or build a long-term office-based career within a supportive and professional environment. Previous financial services experience is not required; attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail are the key qualities they are seeking. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple departments
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Support data entry, data cleansing, and general processing tasks
  • Review and analyse data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Produce and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems
  • Assist the Operations team with workflow management and process improvements
  • Support ongoing operational and business improvement projects
  • Liaise with colleagues across the business to resolve queries and issues
  • Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales
  • Assist with maintaining efficient systems and procedures across the department
  • Provide general office and team support as required
