Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new business from start to finish
- Preparing annual review packs and gathering client information
- Producing templated client reports
- Maintaining accurate and compliant Know Your Customer (KYC) files
- Handling internal compliance documentation and anti-money laundering (AML) processes
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning, and general administration
- Providing excellent customer service, including telephone-based client interaction
- Using back-office systems (including Intelligent Office) to maintain records
- Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial planning environment
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Desirable Skills:
- Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
- Familiarity with platforms such as Transact, Fidelity, Quilter, Aviva, Aberdeen, or Royal London
