Job Title: Paraplanner

Location:Summertown, Oxford (Office-based)

Benefits:

Salary:£32,000 £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join a small, close-knit financial planning team in Summertown, Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a vital support role with potential for long-term growth into advising.

Youll be working alongside advisers and administrators to deliver high-quality financial planning support. Your analytical skills and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring clients receive tailored, compliant financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and compiling suitability reports in line with current legislation and internal standards

• Conducting product and provider research, including investments, pensions, and protection

• Using platforms such as Salesforce, iBusiness, Voyant, Pensions Lab, and Monday.com

• Supporting advisers with financial strategies, cashflow modelling (where applicable), and recommendations

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining compliant client files

• Liaising with clients and providers as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards it)

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a paraplanning role

• High level of IT proficiency and attention to detail

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• QBE (Qualified by Experience) candidates may be considered on merit.
