This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified (or part-qualified) paraplanner who wants to take on more responsibility in supporting advisers with technical research, suitability reports, and financial planning solutions, while working in a supportive and professional environment.
- Producing high-qualitysuitability reportsacross pensions, investments, and protection.
- Carrying out in-depthtechnical researchand analysis using provider platforms and tools includingFE Analytics.
- Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance standards are met.
- Preparing cashflow modelling and projections (training provided if required).
- Assisting advisers with technical queries and supporting them in client meetings where appropriate.
- Processing and monitoring new business applications through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate records on the bespoke back-office system.
- Liaising with clients and providers by email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previousparaplanning experiencewithin an IFA/Wealth Management firm.
- IdeallyLevel 4 Diploma qualified(or working towards).
- Solid technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax wrappers (CGT, ISAs, DB schemes, protection).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
