This role would suit an organised and analytical individual who enjoys systems, process improvement, reporting, and supporting operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain document designer templates to ensure maximum efficiency and usability for end users
  • Support testing and implementation of new functionality within the back-office system
  • Assist with maintaining and improving systems and operational processes across the business
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and management information
  • Support system updates, data cleansing exercises, and operational reporting activities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across internal systems, escalating issues where appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure adherence to system processes and data standards
  • Contribute to operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, workflow enhancement, and client service delivery
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support the implementation of scalable operational solutions
  • Assist with annual tax year-end legislative updates across multiple systems
  • Support process mapping and documentation to improve consistency and operational performance
  • Provide support with operational, system, and IT-related queries when required
  • Maintain accurate training and development records in line with company procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or operational support within financial services
  • Experience maintaining and developing CRM or back-office systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
