Our client is a well-established and highly regarded financial planning firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers and management, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working across a broad range of products including ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Bonds, VCTs, pensions, protection, and IHT planning.
  • Writing suitability letters for annual reviews and new business cases.
  • Inputting fact find information onto Salesforce and maintaining accurate records.
  • Running critical yield comparisons and provider illustrations.
  • Completing and submitting advice sets through Salesforce.
  • Staying up to date with regulatory and legislative changes.
  • Attending adviser meetings, workshops, and training forums where required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Paraplanner role.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion).
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulation and legislation.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar back-office systems.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience within a regulated financial planning environment.
