This role offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers and management, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and inheritance tax planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Working across a broad range of products including ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Bonds, VCTs, pensions, protection, and IHT planning
- Writing suitability letters for annual reviews and new business cases
- Inputting fact find information onto Salesforce and maintaining accurate records
- Running critical yield comparisons and provider illustrations
- Completing and submitting advice sets through Salesforce
- Staying up to date with regulatory and legislative changes
- Attending adviser meetings, workshops, and training forums where required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Paraplanner role
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards completion)
- Strong understanding of financial services regulation and legislation
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Positive, proactive, and flexible attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
- Experience using Salesforce or similar back-office systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience within a regulated financial planning environment
