About the Role:
An established and growing financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice. With the business expanding by 45% over the last two years, the firm is now looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills to support continued growth.
This role will suit an individual with prior experience in an IFA or professional services environment who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with staff management and client service.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and effective processes.
- Supporting a team of administrators and paraplanners, delegating and prioritising workloads.
- Acting as the main point of contact for operational matters within the firm.
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring service standards and ensuring client service remains at a high level.
- Assisting with compliance tasks, record-keeping, and systems management.
- Liaising with advisers, staff, and clients to support the delivery of financial planning services.
- Supporting senior management with business projects and initiatives as required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Administrator role, ideally within an IFA or financial services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.
