About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join a small but growing financial planning team based in Summertown, Oxford. This is a key support role providing day-to-day administrative assistance to financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring a smooth and compliant client journey. You will be working in a busy, professional environment with scope to progress into paraplanning or other roles over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new business applications and client documentation accurately and efficiently
- Preparing meeting packs and client correspondence
- Liaising with product providers, clients, and other third parties to obtain policy information and updates
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks, including diary and workflow management
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm
- Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of computer literacy and data accuracy
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
