Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their friendly and professional operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced financial planning environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end processing of new investment, pension and protection business. Submit new business applications accurately through St. James's Place electronic business systems. Monitor and progress applications from submission through to completion, ensuring cases move efficiently. Liaise with providers to obtain updates, resolve outstanding requirements and minimise delays. Chase outstanding documentation, transfer requests and provider information. Keep advisers and clients informed throughout the application process. Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems. Prepare client meeting packs, presentation packs and documentation for adviser meetings. Support advisers with post-meeting administration and implementation of recommendations. Ensure all documentation is processed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures. Arrange regular case review meetings with advisers to discuss pipeline progress. Act as a key point of contact for advisers, clients and product providers. Provide professional and timely updates to clients regarding their applications. Support the day-to-day administration of the office. Assist with ordering office supplies and contributing to improvements in administrative processes. Provide additional administrative support across the wider operations team when required. Take ownership of your new business pipeline, ensuring every case is progressed efficiently from start to finish. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as an IFA Administrator within Financial Services or Wealth Management. St. James's Place experience is essential , including experience using iBusiness. Ideally a minimum of two years' experience in a similar IFA Administrator position. Experience processing investments, pensions and protection business. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and confident telephone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team. A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills. High levels of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information. Candidates should ideally live within a 3040 minute commute of the Altrincham office, preferably within the South Manchester area. Desirable Skills: Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. Previous experience using St. James's Place systems, including iBusiness. Good understanding of investment, pension and protection products.
