About the Company:

Key Duties:
- Ensure completed applications are correct and ready for submission as new business.
- Manage follow-on work including investing money, payment of pension benefits, and moving clients into drawdown.
- Issue letters of authority and manage responses.
- Obtain illustrations for new business across a range of products and providers.
- Liaise regularly with advisers on ongoing cases.
- Collate client information and prepare suitability reports.
- Manage cases to completion, using internal processing systems, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Skills Required:
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a financial advice firm handling both new business and existing clients
- Good understanding of financial products, particularly pensions
Desirable:
- Proficiency with IT systems, especially Microsoft Office
- Experience with Intelliflo (advantageous but not essential)
