This is a hybrid role offering a flexible working arrangement. The successful candidate will typically work from a combination of a co-working office, home and an Estate Agency introducer's office, with flexibility depending on business needs.

Salary: £23,000 - £31,000 Basic Salary, £3,000 Annual Car Allowance, Excellent Commission Structure, Annual Bonus Scheme, Realistic OTE £55,000+

About the Company: Our client is a well-established, directly authorised Independent Mortgage & Protection firm with over 20 years of success within the financial services industry. The successful Mortgage Adviser will inherit an established pipeline of business and receive ongoing support from an experienced administration team, allowing them to focus on advising clients and growing their own client base.

The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a successful and growing business following the resignation of one of the existing advisers. The successful candidate will inherit an established pipeline of business with an annual income potential of approximately £120,000, alongside regular company-generated leads, remortgage opportunities and client referrals. The role will also involve managing an established Estate Agency introducer relationship, attending their office regularly to maximise opportunities and build further business. While an existing client bank would be advantageous, it is not essential. The company is looking for a motivated adviser who is proactive, relationship-focused and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage mortgage and protection cases from enquiry through to completion.
  • Develop relationships with Estate Agency introducers.
  • Attend introducer offices regularly to maximise business opportunities.
  • Generate business from company leads, referrals and networking opportunities.
  • Identify protection opportunities alongside mortgage advice.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer journey throughout the advice process.
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Maintain FCA compliance and company standards.
  • Participate in regular training and development.

What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:

  • Fully qualified Mortgage Adviser status
  • Minimum two years' experience providing regulated mortgage advice
  • Experience advising on mortgages and protection
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to attend Estate Agency introducer offices as required
