A rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed independent financial planning group is seeking a Paraplanner to join their expanding paraplanning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-growth, collaborative environment, supporting advisers and contributing to excellent client outcomes.
The successful candidate will work closely with advisers and senior leadership to deliver accurate, compliant, and client-focused advice. This is a key role within the team, providing support on complex cases and helping to maintain high-quality advice standards across the business.
Key Duties:- Produce suitability reports and letters covering investments, pensions, tax planning, trusts, and protection products.
- Conduct research and detailed analysis to support financial advice.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist with complex planning cases.
- Diploma in (Regulated) Financial Planning (or equivalent), or near completion.
- Paraplanning experience, or strong interest in progressing into paraplanning.
- Excellent understanding of FCA regulations and advice standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, tax planning, and protection products.
