About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and client-focused financial planning firm based in Altrincham. They are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist / Client Servicing Administrator to join their Operations Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, managing reception duties including answering and directing calls
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared to a high standard
- Running reports via the back-office system to identify clients due for financial reviews
- Supporting advisers by preparing reports and booking client review meetings
- Contacting clients to arrange face-to-face or virtual review meetings
- Managing adviser diaries effectively
- Logging all client interactions and maintaining accurate records within the system
- Following up with clients where contact has not been successful, including written communication in line with company processes
- Preparing client review packs for meetings
- Managing client engagement activities, including birthday communications and gifts
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
- Supporting general administrative duties, including office supply stock management
- Delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
