About the Company:
Our client is a growing financial planning business with an established client base of approximately 300 clients. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Adviser to join their close-knit team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser looking to take the next step in their career and work with an established client bank. The business is committed to supporting the development of its employees and will contribute towards professional examinations for candidates looking to further their qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and servicing an established client bank of approximately 300 clients
- Conducting client meetings and regular reviews
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Assessing clients' financial circumstances, objectives and needs
- Preparing and presenting recommendations to clients
- Ensuring all advice and client activity is carried out in line with regulatory requirements
- Working closely with the paraplanning and administration teams
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Contributing to the continued growth and development of the business
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser
- A trainee Adviser with the appropriate experience and a clear desire to progress may also be considered
- Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management
- Someone who is ambitious, passionate and hungry to develop their career
- A team player who will be a strong cultural fit within the existing team
Desirable Skills:
- Experience managing an established client bank
- Experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
- Additional professional financial planning qualifications
- A strong interest in continued professional development
