They are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Protection Adviser to join their successful and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Adviser to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising existing customers on their protection requirements
- Identifying opportunities to review and enhance customers' existing protection arrangements
- Understanding customers' individual circumstances and recommending appropriate protection solutions
- Working towards individual and team targets through a combination of commission and bonus opportunities
- Maintaining accurate and compliant customer records
- Continuing to develop technical knowledge and professional expertise through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Protection Adviser
- CeMAP 1 qualification as a minimum
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working towards targets and earning through commission and bonus
Desirable Skills:
- Previous experience working within a mortgage environment
- Progress towards CeMAP 2 & 3
- Experience working within a mortgage or protection brokerage
Previous mortgage experience is desirable but not essential. The right attitude, customer focus and willingness to develop are equally important.
