Temple University Athletics Department is searching for a Head Equipment Manager, Football.
Salary Grade: T25
Salary Range: $41,250 - $70,000

Summary Reporting to the Director of Equipment Operations, the Head Equipment Manager-Football provides excellent service to student-athletes, coaches, and institutional staff members. The Head Equipment Manager-Football will manage all aspects of athletic equipment operations for the University's football program and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience in a professional or collegiate level football equipment room setting.
Must be an active member of the AEMA or able to be certified within a year.
Experience fitting equipment to NOCSAE and OSHA safety standards.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Required Skills & Abilities Ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
Proven track record in building quality relationships.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Project management and leadership skills.
Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, and trust.
Strategic and financial analysis and research skills.
Ability to navigate across multiple departments in a fast‐paced environment.
Strong integrity and character who shares a commitment to knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and University rules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license.
