Salary Range: $32,000 - $45,000 (considered by HR based on duties, education, experience, etc.)
Position Summary: Reporting to the Director, Student Financial Services, the Financial Aid Counselor processes financial aid information and provides advising to prospective and current students and their families in a fast‑paced team environment, while complying with federal and state regulations and university policies. The Counselor also assists in the administration of federal, state, and institutional student aid programs for a diverse population of traditional and non‑traditional students. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing and awarding financial aid, analyzing data, assisting with professional judgment in consultation with the direct supervisor, and meeting with students and families to provide financial aid.
