Position Summary
The Dental Business Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all functions in the Business Office and supervising the Business Services staff. This role will lead a team of senior billing representatives and coordinators in our various clinics, registration area, pre‑authorization team, and cashiers. It will also manage revenue cycle workflows, support and collaborate with leadership to optimize financial performance.
