Position Summary
The Program Coordinator serves Career Strategy & Professional Development with a variety of administrative, technology and programming tasks.
Manage all administrative aspects of CSPD recruiting programs and job fairs including employer invitations, scheduling, student application and interview days.
With assistance, manage spring and fall mock interview programs.
Manage all administrative aspects of the Career Planning Manager (CPM), including student and employer data input and maintenance.
Post jobs in CPM and communicate with students about opportunities.
The Program Coordinator will assist with the graduate employment data collection and reporting process.
Assist with judicial clerkship application process, including the generation of letters of recommendation, and compilation and mailing of applications.
Assist with employer outreach and engagement efforts.
Process reciprocity requests.
Assist CSPD programming including scheduling rooms, promotion of programs, handling of RSVPs, nametags and catering.
Assist Career Strategy staff with technology issues related to the CPM when necessary.
Process accounts receivable and payable for Career Strategy & Professional Development, and order supplies.
Staff job fairs and facilitate employer and student participation.
Respond to employer and student questions.
Represent the CSPD within the law school and university community.
Perform other duties as assigned.

- Required Education And Experience
- At least 2 years of directly related administrative, human resources, talent management, or recruiting experience.
- Experience in effectively communicating with internal and external constituents.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Experience in planning events.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Required Skills And Abilities
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of students, faculty, staff and external managers.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to plan and execute programs under a deadline.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel and Power Point.
- Demonstrated flexibility, emotional intelligence and ability to work well as part of a small team.
- Ability to work on nights and/or weekends, if necessary.
This position is assigned a hybrid work arrangement (on-campus and remote), the duration of this hybrid work arrangement is at the discretion of Temple University and the Department.
