Salary Range: $35,600 - $46,500

Summary

The Creative Content Producer will work individually and as part of a team to ensure the production of high-quality, compelling videos and other creative audio and/or visual content for Temple Athletics. The Creative Content Producer will assist in determining the creative and visual storytelling direction for Temple Athletics. The Creative Content Producer will produce creative video content for select Temple Athletics teams, including but not limited to highlight/interview packages, behind-the-scenes features, student-athlete profiles and other feature content, social media hype videos, television commercials, intro videos, and fan engagement videos. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of experience working in creative video production in collegiate athletics or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Experience shooting on DSLR/cinema cameras, with a particular focus on live sporting events; experience in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency as a cinematographer, including technical skill with Sony FS5 and/or a7 series cameras, in both studio and live sporting event settings
  • Demonstrated proficiency and creativity in non-linear video editing, color correction, and sound design, in particular using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated proficiency and creativity in lighting and studio setup
  • Ability to manage several tasks and/or projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a leadership role teaching students creative video shooting and editing practices
  • Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
