Maternity Cover role. Term-time only, Training Days + 3 weeks Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 15:30.
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Officer to join our team at Temple Moor High School and Sixth Form in a generalist role, supporting a wide range of HR functions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support, contributing to a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective and compliant people practices.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will work closely with leaders and colleagues across the school, providing guidance, managing processes and helping to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of HR.
