Temple Hill is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Associate Teacher (Teaching Assistant) to join our talented and supportive team on a fixed term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship (31 August 2027). If you are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential and want to work in a school striving to provide the very best opportunities for our children, we could be the school for you.

This role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm, 38 weeks per year, term time only. You will be paid £8 per hour, which equates to £15,435 full time equivalent, pro-rata to an actual annual salary of £11,515.26.

  • able to contribute to, and work as part of a team
  • ideally has experience working with children with learning difficulties or delivering interventions
  • passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential
  • holds GCSEs in English & Maths A-C or equivalent
  • committed to high expectations of children's learning and behaviour
  • excellent communication and personal skills and a flexible attitude.
