This is an opportunity to join our busy Hotel Services team on site at Ysbyty George Thomas Hospital. The role involves delivering housekeeping and catering services to National Standards for NHS Wales (HIW standard 5 and 9) and Organisational Standards.
Main Duties
- Work within a patient environment, performing general cleaning of all areas of the hospital in accordance with departmental schedules and national cleanliness standards.
- Provide catering duties as required, especially during periods of increased service pressure.
- Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing service pressures and modernization.
- Support movement across all Health Board sites.
- Observe and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, courtesy and consideration for all patients and staff.
This position is paid monthly.

Essential
- Previous experience of cleaning and catering duties.
- Some experience of working within a hospital environment.

- BICSc Qualification.
