Job overview Promote excellence in patient care through staff education, preceptorship, and postgraduate training. Coordinate education provision for postgraduate nursing staff, contributing to Care Group objectives. Ensure quality care services through collaboration, educational support, and assessment. Main duties of the job This is a fixed-term/secondment position for up to 12 months. If applying as a secondment, obtain permission from your current line manager. Develop and coordinate an education framework, aligning with CTMUHB’s inter-professional Education Strategy, and involving multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate the development and implementation of clinical skills training, liaising with NHS and Higher Educational Institutions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues in Clinical Audit and skills provision. English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
