Qualifications and Experience
- Working at NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care (Essential).
- Working at NVQ L3 in Health & Social Care (Desirable).
- Emergency Department experience (Essential).
- Clinical skills in plastering, wound care, cannulation & phlebotomy (Desirable).
Communication
- Key communication skills with patients from varied populations, multi‐disciplinary teams and other departments (Essential).
- Ability to overcome communication challenges (Desirable).
- Welsh Language Skills Level 3 and above (Desirable).
