  • Direct and manage all photographic content for the Templar Yearbook, ensuring high standards of creativity and quality.
  • Work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor to hire a team of photo editors and editorial freelance photographers
  • Lead and mentor a team of freelance photographers and photo editors, organizing schedules, assigning tasks, and overseeing all photo assignments.
  • Check-in with the Sports Team to ensure photo assignments for that section are being delegated and completed.
  • Work closely with photo editors to ensure that the final photographic output aligns with the established themes and quality standards.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the photography schedule aligns with the yearbook’s production schedule
  • Strong understanding of digital photography and photo editing softwares
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor a team
