We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will empower individuals with learning disabilities to live independently, achieve their goals, and actively participate in their communities., * Provide person-centered care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Support service users in accessing community activities and services.

Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including wheelchair handling and public transport use.

Administer medication as required and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored care plans.

Promote independence, wellbeing, and informed choice among service users.
