We are seeking a reliable and skilled Banksman to join our team. The Banksman will be responsible for directing the movement of vehicle on site, ensuring safe and efficient operations in compliance with health and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct and manage vehicle movements on and around the site to ensure safety and smooth traffic flow. * Assist in coordinating deliveries and dispatches, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations. * Maintain constant communication with machine operators and ground personnel to ensure safety during operations. * Ensure compliance with site health and safety standards, including proper PPE use and adherence to risk assessments. * Maintain clear and safe pedestrian routes and vehicle access points. * Keep accurate records of vehicle movements and any incidents or breaches of site protocols. * Support emergency response procedures, such as controlling vehicle access during evacuation scenarios. * Liaise with site managers, drivers, and contractors to communicate site-specific requirements. * Provide guidance and support to new workers, ensuring they understand site traffic management protocols. **Qualifications & Required Experience** * CSCS (required) * Health and Safety Training (required) **Working Hours** Monday-Friday (6:30 AM- 3:30 PM)
