Team Leader We are recruiting caring, reliable and compassionate Team Leaderto join our team. As a Team Leader, you will provide person-centred support to adults , helping them to live safely, independently and with dignity. You may support individuals with daily activities, community access, appointments, social activities and other areas of their day-to-day lives. Key Responsibilities Provide caring, respectful and person-centred support to adults. Support individuals with their daily routines and activities. Promote independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing. Provide companionship, encouragement and emotional support. Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments and take part in activities. Assist with daily living tasks and personal care where required and appropriately trained. Support with meal preparation, shopping and household tasks where required. Support medication in accordance with individual support plans and company procedures, where applicable. Follow individual care/support plans and risk assessments. Recognise and report any changes in an individual's wellbeing or circumstances. Report accidents, incidents and safeguarding concerns promptly. Maintain professional boundaries and respect confidentiality.
