Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across various acute wards and departments.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous digital medical records.

Requirements
- Current and valid NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse.
